Fusion bonded epoxy (F.B.E) & abrasion resistant overcoat (A.R.O)
F.B.E is a high performance anti-corrosion coating that provides excellent protection for small and large diameter pipelines with moderate operating temperatures. Superior adhesion properties provide excellent resistance to cathodic disbondment, which reduces the total cost of cathodic protection during the operation of the pipeline.
Dual layer abrasion resistant FBE (ARO) systems provide excellent properties for a variety of service applications which may include directional drilling and anti-abrasion for road and river crossings, and elevated temperatures in wet environments and anti-slip applications.
To date Bauhuis has installed several FBE/ ARO turnkey coating installations including all necessary powder handling/ application equipment.
