For a valued client in Nigeria, we're currently finalizing a fully automated pipe handling system as part of a major upgrade to their existing pipe end preparation installation. The goal: meet the latest standards in automation, performance, and safety.

Our scope includes:

• An automated incoming rack, where pipes are separated for further handling

• A pipe lift buggy system for precise transport between application stations

• Rotation units at each station to ensure optimal positioning

• An unloading rack, guiding finished pipes to the end of the line for forklift pick-up

• And most importantly: fully automated cutback brushing machines with integrated peeling knives delivering perfectly prepared cutbacks in line with industry standards
